Registration Fee

All participants of STM25 - including presenters and invited speakers - are required to pay the appropriate registration fees.

  • The conference will be held exclusively offline at the specified venue.
  • If you register as a student, please bring your student ID to the conference venue.
  • Confirmation letter will be sent to you by email after you complete the registration.
    You can also check your registration status at “My Page”.
  • On-site registration is available, but participation in programs that require advance reservation may be limited.
  • If you wish to register after May 31, please contact secretariat@stm25.org.

  • ONLY VISA, MASTER, and JCB CARDS are ACCEPTABLE.
  • Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment via online.
  • Participants can make payment on any browser in WINDOWS. Other PC environments (ex. MAC OS) are not possible due to the security program installation.

  • The transfer must be made under the registrant's name only and the name must be stated on the receipt.
  • Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants.
  • A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should send to the secretariat(secretariat@stm25.org) via email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation should be notified in writing to the STM25 secretariat.(secretariat@stm25.org).
  • A charge of USD50 will be imposed for cancellation received before February 29, 2025.
    Cancellation received after March 01, 2025, and prior to May 31, 2025, will incur USD150 cancellation fee.
    After June 1, 2025, no registration fee will be refunded.
  • All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  • Refunds will be made after the conference.
